- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are based on hourly services according to the customers needs the hourly services will be billed per person at the hourly rate this will be done upfront with a free estimate and walk-through before we perform services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the owners or associates will set up a free estimate interview with the client at that point A walk-through will be performed and a basic price could be given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Training with the vocational school districts and training through the University of Delaware on all cleaning equipment and proper cleaning procedures including electrostatic fogger for infectious diseases.
