All my prices are given with A+ parts and I always travel to my customers and ensure to get the device up in running in no time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and allowing the customer to get comfortable and honestly provide the customer with steps necessary to please them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I lead the phone repair program in my district at the staples and currently work on devices daily. Certified in break fix through Hp and stand behind my work.
