arrive early went right to work, repair the missing shingles and check for loose shingles plus check the nails and clean the area. I would use him again on any job and let me friends know he:s the man for the job.

I had a major problem of water running under need the drip edge on the 2nd story roof. He made time the next day to come deal with my emergency situation. thanks to his expedience the insurance company opened up the claim as I had done what needed to be done to stop additional damages to the house

Josh was on time as he said. He was very friendly and courteous. The first thing he did was to put a tarp down in front of the fireplace. He placed his tool bag on the tarp and then all of the pieces of the fireplace as he removed them. He cleaned everything and put it all back. Next he explained all he had done and turned it on. Next he cleaned out my dryer vent. Again, he explained everything and cleaned up when he finished. I am very happy with him and his work quality. I highly recommend Josh Miller.

I am fair. I know how it is and if it’s not one thing it’s another I’m not out here to get rich off of one customer my goal is to help out at a reasonable price and build my name and reputation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimate. Talk to the customer over the phone and get an idea of what needs done and what they are looking to accomplish. Next
I will meet them to see for myself what needs done and most the time I have a price for the customer before I leave. In most cases I’m available to start work within a week
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All kinds of training classes through the years including HHT training and NFIC
