Work quality is excellent. Construction techniques esp. at the base of the project is unique. Questions are answered when asked. However, the owner presses at times to wait until finishing is complete. That can be a bit disconcerting when a question is pressing on the customer's since of outcome that creates a degree of mental to visual discomfort. Items such as lighting style needs to be discussed in detail before doing anything to make sure the customer is comfortable for what is going to be installed. Otherwise, understanding no process is perfect, the value Quality Measure provides is great.
