I wish there was a way to pick more than just three reasons that L&M was so great!!! Response was immediate, they came out to stain my deck the next day, price was fantastic and the most important part….the quality of the workmanship was excellent. An absolutely beautiful job!!! They even did some other work while here. I now have a whole list of things to tackle and L&M Property Maintenance will be my go to!!!! I’m more than impressed and they exceeded my expectations (which are very high). I can’t thank them enough.

Reef and Roland responded quickly to my post, stayed in touch regarding time, stuffed an incredible amount of junk into their clean white truck and were pleasant to deal with. What more could one ask?
