- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submission through Thumbtack and we schedule our free consultation. Step 1: Discuss Vision for Event (Theme, Color Scheme, Decor) Step 2: Vendors Request (Photography, DJ, Video, Entertainment Step 3: Draft Estimate & Invoice for Client Review Step 4: Obtain a deposit Step 5: Constant Email Communication Step 6: Balance should be paid week of the Event (if it’s only day of Coordination or Wedding Planning) If Event décor has been requested payment should be done 2 weeks prior the event
