- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are affordable rates, I discount a rate when a customer has more than 1 project schedule in the same day and/or continues to use my service and refer my business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when a customer accepts my quote, I send my number, my manager usually schedules the service needed,customer forwards conact info and service address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2005 I graduated from a well known school in NYC. I take fresher courses/trainings every year.
