We met on site at the house, and Larry prepared a proposal, came out on the day agreed upon and finished the punch list in one day with he and another team member working all day. Since I live elsewhere, we communicated via text and payment was electronic. He did a nice job and the tenants are very pleased.

He also found another issue while on the roof, was honest, took pictures, and helped me out until we could schedule a long term repair.
