- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Anytime we are hired by a new client, the owner of the company (Millie) comes out for the first service to ensure the team completely understands what needs to be accomplished and that it when the project is completed, it exceeds your expectations!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with people that are moving out, or moving in to a new home. Clients that regularly schedule their homes to be cleaned either monthly, twice a month or weekly. Some clients just want junk removed from their attics, garages or basements, we can help with that as well! No matter what you hire A&M to do, we guarantee you will be pleased !
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be aware of the differences between cleaning companies and deep cleaning companies. Most cleaning companies provide a low price and do not do much more than dust, wipe and rearrange. Our company is a deep cleaning company which means we deep clean every part of your house including walls and baseboards. We make it sparkle and smell fresh! You will love it! Cleaning inside ovens, inside refrigerators, cleaning windows there is a small upcharge for those extra services.
