About
I’m a certified personal trainer who believes that no matter your goals or starting-point, improvement is always attainable. I’ll help you achieve better strength, mobility and balance, improving your day-to-day life and overall health. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, fitness levels and abilities. My main focus is usually on functional training, but I always adapt programs to meet your individual needs. Our sessions can take place in my fitness studio, your home, or anywhere outdoors with my “gym on a truck” rig. I am available for 1-on-1, small group (2-4 people), and large group sessions. Regardless of the setting, you’ll get a great workout and maybe even have a little fun!

Matt listens and is able to adapt a workout on the fly based on my needs that day. He knows when to push, when to be supportive and how to train to my personal needs.

Simply put, Matt is the best! His knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail are incredible. Matt always listens to my specific goals, whether it is training for a long-distance race, building muscle, or weight loss. He plans highly effective and challenging workouts all while making it fun.

    - 1-on-1 sessions: $60 for 30 min; $100 for 50 min. - 2 people: $80 for 30 min; $120 for 50 min. - 3 people: $90 for 30 min; $150 for 50 min. - 4 people: $100 for 30 min; $200 for 50 min. - 5 or more people: $125 for 30 min; $250 for 50 min. - Large group sessions (6-20 people): $100 for 30 min; $150 for 60 min. Discounts available in instances such as pre-paid packages, location, etc.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked with almost all ages (from 12 to 85 years old) and abilities. I’ve trained Clients looking to simply get in shape, and Clients who are training for a specific event.
