Introduction
Hilltop Studio is owned and operated by Jim and Carol Hill, and was started in 1986. Jim is a member of Professional Photographers of America, and Delaware Professional Photographers. He holds the Certified Professional Photographer degree (one of only 5 in Delaware), Fellow of Photography degree, and the Associate Fellow of Photography degree. We use high end equipment including radio controlled lighting for your portraits or events. We have lots of experience, and have photographed around 700 weddings in 33 years in business.

Great experience with Jim. We came to Rehoboth Beach for a family vacation, three generations, and he was able to do a beautiful photo shoot in the evening on the beach. All the photos came out beautifully, even with three children who were kind of like herding cats at times, he was able to find some really great pictures where all three of them are looking at the camera and smiling. Thanks Jim so much. We will definitely recommend you to our friends.

We had a great shoot with Jim! This was our first time at OC. We were very happy with his recommendation for the outdoor session, and very pleased with the photos. We have three kids 3 and under, and he and his assistant got some great candid shots. We would happily shoot with them again.

Highly recommend. Great pictures, took the time to make sure we had everything we wanted, perfect location, quick turnaround.
We had a large group of a blended family and he was so patient and kind to make sure we had beautiful photos of all.
