I charge $25 / hr for my labor.I can give a customer a pre-set price or do the job by the hour. Customers choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically,customer calls with a project they need done.I set up an appointment to take a look,measurements.I then call customer with a price for the job,show up to do the job with a written agreement,complete job.

I have been building,remodeling and maintaining residential and commercial buildings for over 25 years.
