I’ve lost count of the projects that Jerel has done in our house… installed our new kitchen sink, ran new wiring and installed a chandelier in a room that was nearly impossible to wire, built an inset cabinet in our laundry room, installed a new toilet, re-plumbed our outdoor shower, mounted a TV with new electrical, hung window treatments, and built literally all of our furniture. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out with your project details, we quickly review the scope of the work and provide a clear, upfront quote. From there, we lock in a convenient time for your appointment. On installation day, we arrive fully equipped to handle your TV mounting, furniture assembly, or fixture installation efficiently and cleanly. We always finish with a final walkthrough to ensure everything is perfectly secured and you are completely satisfied with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is rooted in years of practical, hands-on experience in the home repair industry. Over time, I’ve installed, assembled, and mounted items in a huge variety of homes, and that real-world experience has been my greatest teacher. It taught me not just how to securely anchor a heavy TV or efficiently assemble a complicated dresser, but also how to respect my clients' spaces, work cleanly, and ensure every single job leaves the home looking better than when I arrived.
