We had a very good experience working with Mr. Lawrence and his crew. They are very respectful of property, and very clean. Great care was taken to cover the wood floors and carpets. The day after work was completed we had torrential rain, and the porch was dry. Very impressed with the workmanship. We will be calling on Mr. Lawrence for help with more projects going forward.

We had a screened-in porch floor stripped and repainted, and the trim throughout repainted. Mr Willie was very responsive and very polite! He got the job done within budget. Highly recommend!

Mr. Lawrence and his team repaired water damage in my ceiling caused by a leak from my upstairs tub. He recaulked the tub, so no more leaks, and matched the color of my ceiling perfectly, can't even tell where the crack and water damage was. He also covered my carpet and floors prior to starting the job. He worked with me on the price and was very fair. Great work. I would definitely use him again for other home repairs. Unfortunately I neglected to save pictures of the before, but as you can see in the after pic, no sign of ceiling damage

It all depends on job, some are hourly rates like flooring and general contracting, some are based on customer needs. I prefer to go over the details of the project to ensure that customers are getting the best and most accurate price. Having said that, don't hesitate to respond to me so that we can talk more about it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to speak with the customer about the job, make sure we are clear on what needs to be done and also offer recommendations if needed. We will write up contracts for each client and their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been completing handyman projects for over 25 years. I love that I am able to master my skill and learn more with every job that I finish.
