Introduction: I do not get home ideas from books. I see what the clients needs are.and work with them. I'm a very detail person. In our first meeting we go over what the room will be used for . e,g, an Office room or Master Bedroom. Wall color, Furniture, lights. the budget to do the project. Then we set a day and time to start. I love to make people happy and put a smile on there face. That makes me feel good knowing I did all that she wanted.

All she wanted me to do is clean the kitchen, the fridge and wipe the floors. They smelled of cat urine that were left in the house for months they thought they were picked up.. Then her foyer had old tile with and old rubber mat, and left a glue feel on the tile. I went over the area many times it looked good , but she wasn't happy with it. She should have called a tile cleaner to bring back the tile look. This house was 50 years old and up for sale.Type your response to this review.

Today was my first day working with Ms. Maria. She is a very polite lady and kind. She cleaned my patio and garage today for the first time . She did a great job and did it from all her heart.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When cleaning a home with pets, that requires more time to properly clean all the pet hairs out of the furniture ,blankets etc.I charge 10.00 more on my quote. If the refridgerator /oven is very dirty, 10.00 they take up more time to clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them by phone then in person, this way I get to know them more. I'm easy going, and comfortable talking to strangers. I make them feel at ease too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have satisfactorily completed a course in Interior Decor with Certificate, for my Professional Services, and license. Yes I always keep up with todays decor, new products, furniture, and styles. It just comes naturally, I have a eye for Detail.
