- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When cleaning a home with pets, that requires more time to properly clean all the pet hairs out of the furniture ,blankets etc.I charge 10.00 more on my quote. If the refridgerator /oven is very dirty, 10.00 they take up more time to clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them by phone then in person, this way I get to know them more. I'm easy going, and comfortable talking to strangers. I make them feel at ease too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have satisfactorily completed a course in Interior Decor with Certificate, for my Professional Services, and license. Yes I always keep up with todays decor, new products, furniture, and styles. It just comes naturally, I have a eye for Detail.
