My 400 sf balcony was looking pretty bad...the grout, especially, was not up to standards. The work performed by Ir Masonry was second to none, and at a reasonable rate. My balcony is back to new and I can again have family/friend gatherings without someone mentioning it. I plan on using him again, for shower grouting.
