If I could have checked off value and punctuality too, I would have. Darden was very professional, friendly, and most importantly flexible. There was a lapse in communication ON MY PART, but when I did respond he was very responsive and helpful. I originally scheduled on a Saturday, but life happens so I asked if he would be able to come out on Sunday, and he did! Unbeknownst to me I had the wrong wall mount and he waited around while my husband ran to the store to grab a new one (~20 minutes). I highly recommend Darden Hole Theater Service, 10/10. I will be using the service again for future home TV/theatre needs.

I cannot express fully how pleased we are with Darden Home Theater Serv. We are seniors with limited knowledge about how to install a big screen TV with cable interface and Bluetooth and all the bells and whistles but Darden was amazing. Not only did they install our new, 55" TV on the wall but walked us through all the features and ways in which to maximize our enjoyment. In 2 short hours, they did it all. We are now enjoying our wonderful Samsung TV with al the same aps and channels we had before. The transfer was seamless. Darian even showed us a few new tricks that we never knew we could access. He is the best. We fully endorse Darden. You will not be disappointed.

Darian was very polite, he absolutely knows his craft. He was respectful of his surroundings and left everything emmaculate when he was done. He did a phenomenal job mounting all my tv’s and have had no issues. He took a lot of time measuring and ensuring everything was lined up perfectly. He also took his time showing me how everything worked and answered all my questions very patiently and thoroughly. Highly recommend!!!
