We are always up front on our pricing. There are no hidden fees. We give a quote and explain everything in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers include Initial Contact: The customer can send photos or explain the job that needs to be done. We then send a quote with the details we received. If the customer agrees to the quote; we then will set up a time/date and complete the job. We handle all heavy lifting, disposal and loading from the location. Once the job is completed, we clean up. TSH always cleans up after the job is done!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I noticed that many of my neighbors struggled to find reliable, professional help for big cleanouts. People either had to rent a dumpster for a week or try to haul heavy items themselves. I started this business to provide a stress-free, 'done-for-you' solution that helps people reclaim their space without the backache.
