FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of document, number of notarizations, and travel. I specialize in estate and time-sensitive signings, so I focus on accuracy, reliability, and making sure everything is done correctly the first time. You’ll always receive your total upfront—no surprises. Payment is collected in advance to secure your appointment time. If you’re unsure what you need, I’m happy to walk you through it and provide an exact quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and designed to be stress-free. I start by confirming your document type, number of signers, and whether witnesses are needed. Then we schedule a time and location that works best for you—your home, office, hospital, or another convenient place. At the appointment, I verify ID, review documents for completeness, and handle the notarization properly. Many of my appointments involve important or time-sensitive situations, so I take extra care to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Delaware-commissioned Notary Public with formal training in proper identification, notarial certificates, and Delaware notary laws. I have also completed additional training as a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA), which focuses on the proper handling and delivery of estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. This training allows me to work confidently with both attorneys and clients, ensuring documents are presented correctly, signed properly, and completed without unnecessary delays or confusion. I stay current on notary best practices and continuing education to ensure every signing is handled accurately, professionally, and in full compliance.
