FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the number of notarial certificates needed plus a travel & convenience fee. Payment is accepted upfront to secure the appointment date and time. Additional documents or certificates are billed if needed on-site. Veterans receive their notarial certificate(s) at no charge — I only charge for travel and convenience. Please feel free to ask for an exact quote anytime!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and focused on convenience. I start by confirming the type of document, number of signers, and whether any witnesses are needed. Then we choose a location that works best for you — your home, workplace, hospital, or a public location like a library. Once we meet, I verify ID, ensure the document is complete, and then notarize the necessary sections. You’ll always know the total price upfront with no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Delaware-commissioned Notary Public and have completed formal notary training that covers proper identification, notarial certificates, and state-specific laws. I also stay current on notary best practices and continuing education to ensure accuracy and professionalism at every appointment.
