We followed First States work in the area prior to meeting with Richie. After our meeting we agreed on product choice, timeline for installation. His team arrived as promised and completed our house and outbuilding. When they left our yard, gutters and brushes were clean. While they were installing our roof two neighbors watched and was impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail they also hired First States to replace their shingles.

Other companies in Delmarva should take note! First State was very reasonable with their bid, arrived when they said they would, used only top quality materials, (no skimping with cheap shingles, underlayment, etc.), went out of their way to prep the underlying roof for the new shingles and replaced the drip rail and soffits where necessary. I have found these qualities somewhat rare in Delmarva. First State needs to be commended!
