Lime Wire Automation continues in the footsteps of Live Wire Automation, headquartered in Delaware, which was formed by one of our co-founders in 2016. Live Wire serviced residential and commercial sites locally, the metro-DC area, and the surrounding states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. In 2020, due partly to COVID–19 and partly to more closely focus on the installation and new technologies. Nic left the business and formed Lime Wire Automation to take advantage of these new pursuits. We currently have a staff of 7 people and are growing.
We are now known as a leader in sport simulation spaces in the United States.

Nick is so great. Completely comfortable with him and his amazing scope of knowledge. He is very professional and respectful. Although he was only out to my house to see the scope of the job, he added Ethernet to my sons’s room that very day. I had mentioned it was all that my son wanted for his upcoming birthday. And he made time to stay and do that for me. He’s getting back to me with a proposal for upgrading our hometheater and improving the WiFi and speaker system in our home. I’ll post again with an update.

The technician came in and was immediately ready to work. All my stuff was still boxed, but I could tell he had done this quite a few times already. Anyway, he helped me make a decision about placement which I am very happy with. At some point, he realized the screws for the mount were not compatible for my TV, but he had a whole host of screws with him and was able to immediately fix the problem. Plus, he came with all his own equipment (I've heard horror stories). He had not installed a mount like mine yet, but I thought that he did it quickly, especially by himself. And, I am currently, happily watching my TV now.

I sent my request out, and received a response back within a hour or so. Sara mentioned availability for the next few days and as I have family coming from out of town, I wanted everything fixed before their arrival... so I inquired about evening hours, that night (to confirm, 5 hours later). She informed me that it was possible with a small (reasonable) travel fee, and got me on the schedule. Nic arrived at 7pm to relocate my too-high-mounted TV, as well as relocate my floating shelf that I installed myself, under the impression I would install two, but didn't have enough room... so it all needed to be shifted down.
This wall is a firewall, it's concrete... so it was already going to be a pain in the ass. The shelf gave him a hard time, and the TV gave him a hard time. Apparently the company who originally mounted it didn't do it properly, and used wood screws instead of concrete... also installed the mount upside down... so Nic fixed all that.
All in all, the poor man was at my house until 10pm... but had the patience of a saint, because I would've thrown everything out the window about 45 minutes in.
Thanks guys! I'd highly recommend.

Live Wire Automation was a great choice. My technician’s name was Nick. He was fast, efficient, and also came prepared with all the TV mounting materials that I didn’t already have. I asked about other services that Live Wire offered and he was also very helpful with that. I will definitely be using Live Wire again!

Nic was great. Arrived promptly and spent the better part of the day setting me up with a tv mount over the fireplace with hidden wires. He did a great job, gave me exactly what I wanted and a bit more! Final price was as quoted. Would highly recommend.

Our company is all about efficiency. This being said, we already have our pricing as low as we can and keep the doors open with a top notch professionalism & quality. Sometimes that's slightly above average rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always require name, address, email, & phone number to make sure we have everything we need to get you taken care of as soon as possible. Our staff will ask a couple of questions to ensure we offer the best service and come prepared. If you ever have a question about anything, we are more than glad to assist you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ engineers that are veterans to the field. We require all employees to pursue continuing education within our field. Certifications on all our products are a must. You will be ecstatic when you meet one of our AVC engineers!
