- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually give our customers (Rock Bottom Prices), meaning we don’t leave much wiggle room for lowering cost. If our prices are not affordable for the customer. We may not be the right fit for their project needs, which means any reduction in our quotes. May result in less quality of the work provided or profits not being enough to pay our overhead expenses to preform the job. We try our best to keep the Standard of our work high and Pricing affordable but we may not always be able to at times. Every project is a bit different, so we price by the size of your property and the details needing to be done. Our price range usually start around $45, keep in mind. You get what you pay for so we’d rather respectfully pass on the job then do poor work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first need to know what our Customers would like to achieve, as a Tree and Landscaping Company our customers sometimes need to be advised on what may be realistic and not. We usually start by asking a few questions like, (what budget do they have in mind to accomplish their goals.) Also advise them they don’t need to be at the property for outdoor projects but we do need access to any locked off areas where work will be preformed. We also find out the best time to call, and when would they like a Free estimate. We also are honest enough to let our potential customer know if their request for service is out of our area of expertise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University accredited Certification of training in Landscaping, Tree removal, Interior or exterior property enhancement & upkeep.
