Rich and his team (Angie and Becky) were outstanding. They provided a deep clean service to make my new home move-in ready. They were timely, personable, efficient and extremely thorough. What could bathroom sinks, a refrigerator/freezer, and an oven all have in common? ... They all look brand new! The team put the elbow in elbow grease as they wiped down doors, door knobs, walls, faucets, and even toilets. I especially appreciated how they not only alerted me to a leaky toilet, but also turned off the water to stop the leak. That small action spoke volumes to me about their proactive attitudes and integrity. I felt that they were trustworthy and each have a great work ethic, plus they were a pleasure to have in my home. They stayed a little late to finish the job right instead of walking out the door when time was up. Becky even helped me winterize the pool before she left because she didn't want the pump to freeze! (I just went to settlement and the previous owners left the pool open - I had no idea what to do). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communication is everything!! I believe in a phone call and or text.. also I try to treat and make every one feel comfortable.. like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our skills are learned and enhanced with continuing education through the (IICRC) - Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. We also gain knowledge through the industry conventions and shared knowledge with others in the cleaning, remediation ,restoration and inspection industry. Also just through work experiences.
