- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do.. and I also tell my customers that they should get at least 3 estimates and then call me..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is everything!! I believe in a phone call and or text.. also I try to treat and make every one feel comfortable.. like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our skills are learned and enhanced with continuing education through the (IICRC) - Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. We also gain knowledge through the industry conventions and shared knowledge with others in the cleaning, remediation ,restoration and inspection industry. Also just through work experiences.
