*EDIT*After posting my reviews, the owner has blocked me from her business. Wonderful response.Honestly surprised I'm not seeing more negative posts.I saw an ad saying they were looking for people with old dogs for their IG posts. It was a free session and a $200 voucher so I thought, what a deal! I asked a lot of questions on my schedule phone call, but it was not revealed to me just how expensive they were until after my photo session.The photos were great (not like mind blowing), the photographer was nice, the session was rushed. Then during the zoom meeting, you find out that the the CHEAPEST thing they have is a 8x10 matte print (no frame) for $495 plus tax and shipping. If you want digital files, you're looking at over $1,000 for 5 files. So even with the $200 voucher, and free session, prepare to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars to get anything.A rushed hour session for one backdrop is not worth that much IMO.

4/16/26 updateIt's been about 2.5 years since I got my photos, and my Westie passed earlier this morning. These photos mean the absolute world to me, and if you're debating on whether it's worth it, please understand that it is worth everything and then some..................................................................................This is a looooong review:I've been wanting B&W photos of my two little dogs for at least 6 years now. I've seen and researched a few studios, but none of them really captured what I was looking for. But a few months ago, I saw a Facebook promotion from Portrait Club that revolved around pet owners and their senior pets-- I immediately checked out their website and IG and knew this studio was it! I signed up on the promotion for a follow-up call, and they called me a few weeks later to schedule a shoot. The communication from beginning to end was fantastic and very consistent despite speaking with three different individuals!They told me everything I'd need for the shoot, and the Marietta location was great; it was easy to get to, tons of parking, had a little green space for my dogs, and the studio itself was lovely! The session went smoothly, and I just knew I was going to have a hard time picking the final pictures lol.About 2.5 weeks after the shoot, I got to see the pictures and I was beyond thrilled! They looked AMAZING. I ended up buying 11 digital files, and I cannot wait to have them in a few weeks time. The cost for the photos may be steep for some, but I knew I was going to make a serious investment for my dogs' photos whenever/wherever I got them done, so I was prepared to spend a lot.Again, I cannot say enough about how good of an experience I had. I will definitely be recommending Portrait Club to anyone and everyone I can!

We had a wonderful experience getting photos with my senior dog! The photo session with Diana was so easy and natural, she was able to get my aging boy Teddie to relax and take a lot of gorgeous photos. I can't wait to get the prints we chose, she did an amazing job. We drove down to the Delaware studio from Lancaster, PA, and it was super easy to get too, we'd absolutely do it again. From start to finish, the whole experience so exceeded my hopes and expectations. All the folks involved were organized, kind and helpful -- right down to viewing the slide show of photos. Choosing the final group of photos could have been really difficult, but working with Lindsay made it easy, and even fun! I'll add a photo asap. Thanks for making Teddie a "supermodel"!

I took my senior dog for a photo session. The process to make an appointment was simple and seamless. Upon arrival, there was a chalkboard message outside the studio welcoming my dog and me! Such a cute touch!The photographer was friendly enough and we got right down to it. My dog was extremely nervous and not cooperative throughout the photographer remained calm while attempting to get some shots. However after 30 minutes, we called it quits. I never used the props I brought or clothing changes.The zoom photo reveal about 1 week later was again easy to arrange. Photos were very professionally displayed in a movie clip. I was shocked at the great shots the photographer got with my less-than-hospitable dog!!!I only purchased one digital print but was pleased with the experience overall and thought the photos were fantastic!
