- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts, and on a case-by-case basis, my rates are negotiable based on workload. I am here to serve my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a pre-screening call to determine workload and specifications. Following that call, we will establish the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Advanced Technology degree, accompanied by years of experience in the Engineering Field, ranging from working on CNC projects to Hydrogen Fuel cells and power-generating systems. I also hold a Human Resources degree, which is complemented by lots of my experiences in my startup, setting up a new venture business processes, and ensuring that the ventures complied administratively. Lastly, I hold a graduate degree in Engineering Management. This Master's degree specialization is complemented by my experience working with international stakeholders on technology implementation projects on capital projects and managing technical teams both in-person and virtually through the practice of project management principles and personnel management principles. My military experience as a logistics officer is the other unique addition to my qualifications because it offers a unique perspective and has shaped how I plan and execute small to large-scale high-stakes projects.
