What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and are in most cases per square feet. However sometimes the job requires to charge a flat fee per hour which some customers prefer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get them to view our profile so they get to know who we are. Then we communicate with customer so we may schedule an appointment. At the appointment we measure all floor space to confirm it and give customer a better price structure. A full proposal is generated for customer at no cost to him with full details of all work tasks that will be performed. This is sent to customer via email for his review and determination. Customer then decides on who to hire.
