Smithfield based piano lessons available! I have been teaching piano privately since 2004. My experience is in teaching ages 5 through adults, students with ADHD, autism and Asperger's. I know that every student learns differently so I bring a personalized approach to every lesson. I want to use my 29 years experience of playing multiple instruments and years of teaching music to hundreds of students to fill your home with beautiful music! For the past 18 years, I have been teaching piano privately to students of all ages and skill levels, and helping them become confident, independent, and life-long musicians. My child has learned a ton in the year she's been taking piano lessons with Rachel. I'm continually impressed by Rachel's ability to explain musical concepts and techniques in a way that a 6-year-old can understand. I also appreciate that she's been able to work with my child to build a practice schedule that aligns with my child's temperament and attention span.

I am offering in person and remote lessons at this time.

New customers will meet to discuss my studio policies, including pricing, scheduling, cancellations, referrals, keyboard rentals, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing piano for 27 years and 17 of those I've also been teaching. I have taught all age groups and don't have a preferred age to teach as I enjoy each students personality individually. I went to college for piano and oboe in 2003.
