Ricky did an outstanding job replacing our water heater. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and provided a clear explanation of the work needed. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfectly in place and fully functional. Though the electrical panel needs work to ensure the water heater is fully functional, Ricky troubleshooted the problem on site and let me know exactly what needed to be done. He is honest and a professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ricky to anyone in need of reliable and expert plumbing services. A truly 5-star experience!
