If I could give ZERO stars I would. Our landlord chose this company to service our home. Trace came out to replace all three of our toilets. He made it clear that he needed an extra hand to help him. The next month our water bill increased by nearly 600%. We went from $48.00 to $277 and it has even increased since then!!!It gets better. We reported the leak and the landlord sent them again. This time Xavier came. He said he found two small leaks and fixed them. We bill in arrears, so I knew Junes bill wouldn't show a change, but sure enough, 6 weeks later our bill was $370.00.The average bill in this home from the year prior was $60.00. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR HOME!

The technician came and said the garbage disposal is burnt, has to be replaced. He bad mouthed the warranty company that sent him and said he needs approval. He didn't send report to warranty company for 12 days and then sent lies saying nothing is wrong!! He is dishonest and has an attitude problem.The office is not any better since they wouldn't really get involved except tell me the technician will be in touch, they even lied claiming they sent report and warranty company is having a problem approving repairs. The warranty company finally had to assign another plumbing company and escalate issue in their own system! To be clear I have dealt with this warranty company for years and never ever had such a terrible experience.
