In had 2 toilet handles that were very tough to push down and would continue running water if not manually pulled back up after flushing. Darryl took a quick look, went out to get parts and installed both very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. Patrice reached out immediately after I posted on Thumbtack and scheduled me for next day, since it was a Sunday and I was not in a dire rush. She was wonderful to speak to, helpful all around. I would definitely use them again for plumbing issues.
