I tell a story of a very challenging speaking assignment at a very small manufacturing company. An hour to 'motivate' the 12 men sitting on their machines. I did my best without knowing much if why I was there at that time. Five years later a young man looked me up and came to see me. He introduced himself and then shared with me that I had changed his life that day. He wanted me to know how he had changed his life because of what I shared with him that day. He and I laughed, teared up, shook hands. This is what I like about my job. Finding someones happiness by sharing mine.
