Technician was very professional and punctual. He diagnosed the problem with my pool and solve the chemical imbalance. He clean the filter unit alerted me of future potential failures in my cleaning system. And gave solutions and recommendations for preventive maintenance needed for the crystal clear pool he left me with.

– Highly Recommend! I had a pretty frustrating pool issue where the pump kept losing prime, which eventually led to the water turning green with algae. I called Pool Krewe, and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get everything running properly again. Not only did they fix the pump and circulation issue, but they also took the time to restore the pool water, treating the algae and bringing all the chemicals back into proper balance. Within a short time the pool went from green and struggling to clear, clean, and running perfectly again. What I appreciated most was their knowledge and professionalism. They clearly understood the equipment, explained what was going on, and made sure the system was operating correctly before leaving. If you’re dealing with pump problems, circulation issues, or algae, I would absolutely recommend Pool Krewe. They saved my pool and got everything back to normal.

Excellent excellent service top to bottom. they were super quick to respond from the moment I put in a need for a spa cleaning and I went from submitting to thumbtack to a clean spa in under 48 hours with full flush, sparkling water and total no hassle experience.
