So thankful to find a great reliable service, Vinny responded quickly and came and put together and tv stand / electric fireplace I couldn’t figure out how to piece together, fixed my front door lock, disassembled my old bed and put together a new one!! I contacted Vincent Lepore hoping to find someone to build a garbage can enclosure. After calling nine other handyman businesses who were not interested in the project, I was so happy to talk with Vincent. He responded immediately to my call. After talking, Vincent came up with a plan and created a custom made garbage can enclosure for me. Vincent was extremely helpful and efficient! I just moved into a new place, and he helped me with so many tasks: hanging various things, getting TV mounted and cords hidden, switching handles on appliances, mounted a swing for my daughter (and he drove to my old house to remove the bracket to reinstall), stuff with the tub, helped me brainstorm solutions to things, ordered parts and then came back to install them.... he does it all!! Was very nice and communicative, as well, and fit me in quickly! Nothing but good things to say!

Vincent responded to my request immediately. He arrived the following day and then came back the next day to finish a laminate job my husband and I started. My husband was his helper. He really helped us out bc it wasn't the easiest job to do without a professional. Before he left, he helped us open 2 windows that had not been opened since 2007. I told him he made my night! Vincent was great to work with. He responded to our request quickly. Vincent arrived promptly at the time we scheduled, was very polite, friendly and professional. We had a few tasks that needed to be done, including patching drywall, hanging curtain rods and repairing and re-hanging bi-fold doors and he completed them flawlessly. We can’t sing Vincent’s praises enough. We are so pleased with his work that we are having him come back to work on other projects in our home. Excellent work at a reasonable cost!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75/hr is my hourly rate plus materials. $125 minimum. I will not rush through a task but also use my experience and work ethic to get things done as quick as I can. I'm looking to build a business of repeat customers and referrals not drag a job on to make more money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself with a business card and explain I am fully insured and bonded so there is no worry on their end. Then I like to ask as many questions as needed to get the whole picture on the task at hand before completing as efficiently as possible. Most importantly treat every customer's home and money with the same respect I'd expect someone to treat my own mothers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of on-the-job training in both residential and commercial construction. From installing walk in tubs for American standard for 3 years to full residential remodels to managing multi-million-dollar buildouts of healthcare clinics. CICTI certified training in infection control. IIRC training in applied structural drying and water restoration technician.
