I had a great experience with this company. They came out quickly, diagnosed the leak in my AC system, and repaired it professionally. The technician was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything. The repair was completed efficiently, and my system is working great again. I woke up in the morning realizing that the fan on the outside unit wasn’t working and it was overheating. I reached out via thumbtack and Cryonix responded right away. They were at my house within 2 hour. They replaced part, offered to do maintenance and it was all done for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend their service and will be using them again.

The crew, in general, in my opinion, thought they did a tremendous job with an air handler in an attic! The crew was out within 30 minutes of my initial emergency post on Thumbtack, The a/c emergency crew arrived within 15 minutes at most companies closing time. (Still haven't heard from the company that installed the system in 2018) Anyway, I highly recommend Cryonix Systems, heat & air. Clear photos and videos of the poor installation of the original company. NOW the problems fixed, explained, AND lastly affordable! I Would most definitely call for my future HVAC needs. They fixed AC drain line leaking issue and clean the drain line too. this issue has bother me for a while, other AC technicians couldn’t fix somehow, I really appreciate his service and will use them in the future.
Punctual and professional with good service. Nature of work was clearly explained and was completed quickly and effectively. All issues were resolved. Highly recommend.
