Chris was very responsive from the get go and showed up when he said he would. He and his son set up my bike in no time and he showed some things like how to make adjustments. He took all the trash out to the garage. Very pleased I made the decision to hire Dragon Fly.

Chris was great we had a few issues with delivery and Chris was very understanding and accommodating. Was told it would take 6-8 hrs and they had it done in 4. So happy and my kid loves it.

Chris and his son was amazing. I am so glad that they responded first. After checking their other reviews (which were great, I hired them. He had an opening came out the next day and slammed out all my projects and I had some tough ones. Polite, maintained my privacy while working, fast as anything and the quality was beyond what I could ask for, cleaned up, in fact I added another piece and they didn't even hesitate. Try them, you will be stunned at their friendliness and how professional and quick and inexpensive. All things that sold me. I'm so happy! And so was my husband as it was a surprise for him. He freaked out seeing all those projects in this new house COMPLETED!!! Thanks Dragonfly!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for the product information first since the complexity determines the price. Links are very helpful. Then we work out a day and time that is best for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years experience with all kinds of furniture. I've also worked for national companies doing assembly and have done furniture repair for a furniture rental company. And we do jobs for Amazon.
