Ryan happened to be in my neighborhood when I needed help with my pool. He came in such a short notice, gave me a quote, and completed the job when I hired him. He is knowledgeable with his line of work. I recommend him to anyone needing help with pool problems.

Ryan is more of an engineer than a pool guy. He had a tough fix with my pool on an older system but got it figured out and it was fixed well below than what we anticipated it would be. If you have had bad experiences with other companies and have grown skeptical just go with Blue Reef. Thanks again Ryan and you have a great company that you have built. 10/10.

Overall great experience. It is nice to have a personal touch. Ryan takes the time to get to know your pool and come up with a plan and price that fits you. He got us a floating skimmer and left room for us to add on a cleaner when our budget allows. He takes complete ownership and pride in our pool. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Ryan and Blue Reef Pool Service. Ryan was incredible responsive and patient with me as I determined when I could have service done. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was encountering and what it would take to fix/clean my pool. He showed up when promised and the work was completed in full and as promised. Ryan also gave me suggestions for another issue I had with my chlorinator and repaired our piping to add in an in-line chlorinator. And he picked up a few other common supplies I needed to really just create a full service job for me. I am grateful. He and his team took my pool from basically an unusable swamp to beautiful crystal clear blue. We are so happy with the results and would use him again if we ever had repair issues. (Hopefully not though since he set us up for success!!!) :) Thanks Ryan and team!

My pool has never looked better. I easily spend twice as much money every month doing it myself then what Blue Reef charges me for weekly service. I wish I had hired them years ago. 1000% recommend to anyone with a pool!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly service requires an in person estimate. The price of the service is based of the linear footage of the pool. All repair calls are based on time and material minimum one hour of labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a representative from our company coming out to the home to inspect the condition of the pool as well estimating the pool for weekly service or repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 24 years experience in the pool industry.
