- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A service call has a one-hour minimum charge. Customers can save money doing some labor themselves, such as digging trenches or demo'ing holes for wire installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Familiarize them with pricing schedule and billing options. Ask them what type of work they want, such as fast & cheap or good & fast. Ask them what their goal is for completeling a project and how i can help to work around their schedule and my own.
