Ryan responded really fast to our inquiry. We got a fair quote the same day for a bunch of smaller projects we needed help with. He had no problems doing the sorts of jobs many contractors avoid such as a wall patch and getting a window valance to sit right.

I would happily refer Ryan and his Ascend Property Services company to anyone. He arrived on, did what he said he was going to do and did it in a very timely fashion. What more can you ask for. Ryan replaced an inferior gate opener with a Ghost Controls opener with ease.
