- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meet and greet to introduce ourselves to you and your pets. We then add you to our booking software that is quick and easy and where all communication with us will take place while you are away from your pets. It allows us to keep all info in one place and not miss visits or messages. It is also where you will pay your invoice and get updates and photos of your pet while on your trip.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified professional pet sitter through Pet Sitters International. I attend training webinars offered by Pet Sitters International regularly. I am also a Fear Free Certified Pet Professional.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Feeding and daily care of dogs, cats, birds, and other small non-reptile animals, horses and chickens. Dog walks. General cleaning up after pets as necessary. Bringing in mail, paper, watering plants.
