So very pleased with our experience using A Dog’s Life Pet Sitting. Very professional; we never had to worry that our cats weren’t in good hands. A Dog's Life did a great job taking care of my cat! I was a little anxious because this was my first time leaving her alone (she has been with me less than six months)... but thanks to text messages and a note left upon my return detailing how my cat had behaved, i was relieved and impressed. I wont ever worry about pet-sitting next time i go out of town - I will contact Stephanie as soon as possible!

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter, and my expectations were certainly surpassed! Stephanie took excellent care of my fur-baby while I was away, and Stephanie treated my cat as if she was her own. Stephanie took the time to befriend my cat (even if my cat was unsure of Stephanie), and Stephanie provided me with regular updates as to what my cat was doing. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meet and greet to introduce ourselves to you and your pets. We then add you to our booking software that is quick and easy and where all communication with us will take place while you are away from your pets. It allows us to keep all info in one place and not miss visits or messages. It is also where you will pay your invoice and get updates and photos of your pet while on your trip.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified professional pet sitter through Pet Sitters International. I attend training webinars offered by Pet Sitters International regularly. I am also a Fear Free Certified Pet Professional.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Feeding and daily care of dogs, cats, birds, and other small non-reptile animals, horses and chickens. Dog walks. General cleaning up after pets as necessary. Bringing in mail, paper, watering plants.
