Updated Review: Communication improved. Eric seems well-versed in construction for larger projects and gives you the sense that things will get done the right way. He proposed some creative ideas and was helpful in discussing options. While we ultimately decided not to proceed with them we appreciate the time and effort spent discussing our smaller renovation project. Original Review: Showed up to first appointment but then flaked and never followed up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/PERSON Elysian/Eric stole over 25K for my project and hid behind their contract as a Construction Manager -- not a GC. When they present their contract, they give a license and insurance of a GC they know and claim they are family -- they are not family and they have NO coverage. If you send them money, do it at your own risk. They will NOT be doing the work. Eric took my $ and I know of at least two other customers where he took over $200k combined from them. He continued to stall, make excuses, etc and finally just disappeared.
