Connie was excellent from being to end. I had an unusual situation and she was excellent in getting it taken care of. I also reached out to her last minute and she had our taxes done within a day or so. Highly recommend

Connie is so AMAZING! Even though I am in Texas and she is in Florida, I would hire her for any of my tax items. Being a Disabled Vet, IRS policies can be different. I have paid thousands of dollars on tax preparations and Connie re-did our 2016& 2017 taxes, she found us huge returns!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My firm doesn't have much overhead so I am able to keep my prices down. I will offer a 10% discount to military and veterans (must show proof).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much information as I need to do a great job for them. I ask a lot of questions to get to know them to be better able to provide excellent service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Accounting. I am a member of the AIPB and I am working on becoming a Certified Bookkeeper. I have been working in the Accounting field for over 20 years.
