Our pricing is based on guest count, service time, and event details. We offer tiered packages to make planning simple, with everything you need included for a seamless experience. Additional time, custom branding, and specialty menu upgrades are available as add-ons. Travel fees are built into our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ve designed our process to be effortless for our clients. We start by learning about your event and goals, then curate a package that fits your guest count and overall experience. Once booked, we coordinate all logistics, finalize your menu, and prepare every detail in advance. On event day, our team arrives ready to execute a polished, seamless setup, so you can focus on enjoying your event while we take care of the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for over 2 years. Both owners, Ashtin and Savannah, have worked as baristas at coffee shops before starting Her Espresso and offering coffee catering services.
