ELEV8 was superior in providing a timely quote, explaining the process and cost, being flexible to work with my requirements and doing an excellent job. I received a notice from the Building Department stating I had to demolish an incomplete garage structure on my property. On June 26 (a Friday) I put in a request to find a contractor for demolition and removal of the garage structure thru Home Advisor. The same day I received a quote from ELEV8 Land Clearing & Demolition. Time was important because I was given a time limit to complete the demolition. I had lost a week and some days because I had not picked up my mail from the Post Office Box in 2 weeks. The other contractors chosen by Home Advisor contacted me but would not be able to give me a quote until the following week. I talked with a representative from ELEV8 after receiving the quote and he explained the whole process. What I really appreciated was his explaining how they arrived at the cost. (The walls of the garage were Insulated Concrete Foam.) Talking with the representative I became aware that I had not included removal of old construction debris. I quickly got a quote back for the debris. After the demolition the site was clean. If I had not seen the structure I would not have known it was ever there. The city building inspector has cleared me. Lastly, I did not wait to get all the quotes because I was under a time constraint and the prompt service I received from the representative. In the end ELEV8 had the lowest quote and their work was excellent. I am so thankful that I picked ELEV8 to demolish the structure and clear the site of debris. I unhesitatingly recommend ELEV8 for demolition because their work and service are superior and their price was reasonable and fair.

E-mailed Ben. Within one hour he contacted me. Came to my home same day to gather information. Received a quote that evening. Crew showed up early following morning. Deck was gone by early afternoon. Received invoice that evening. Whole process took one business day. Elev8 is first rate. My wife and I are very impressed with Ben. No nonsense and trustworthy. You can't fake integrity.

Ben and his crew did a wonderful job. cut out my old 74 d/w from a carport and porch braced them and gently pulled it out and it was skirted with brick!Pulled out 3 large trees and smoothed over. all for a very good price and did it in 2 days! Very good job!

Ben and his team did a great job with the demolition of an old two car garage in our backyard. It was a tight space to work in and they were able to maneuver the bobcat and dumpster with great precision. We had some complications with the foundation after a last minute call on our part to remove a third of it. But Ben showed empathy for the situation and clearly laid out two options for us to proceed going above and beyond to complete the project. We are very satisfied with the job he and his team did. Would Highly recommend.
