There are absolutely no negatives to using Paul. He was quick to return messages, he did what he said he was going to do and then some. He quoted me a price and then he stuck to it even though he probably could have either changed his prices because of the things I had, or not picked them up as some of the stuff was buried in the pile and I wasn’t aware. He said he would get it all, price he guaranteed. An honest, hard working family man and a veteran. The items options they gave to ask why I liked working with him would only allow 3 out of 5 options. Well he was all 5 and then some. When I called he was going to get me in the next day. NEXT DAY? Really. Businesses don’t do that these days so I had to put him off for a few days because I wasn’t ready for him. Then when he showed up he was actually early, AND called beforehand to make sure it was ok. There are no negatives to using Trident and Paul.

Paul was responsive, fairly priced, and arrived ready to work. Within an hour he hauled off stuff that would've taken us the entire weekend and extra help to get moved. He's a one man show that knows how to get the job done. We will be using him again!

Normally a flat rate fee based on volume and time. I do offer 10% veteran and first responder discount.

First thing in the process is to find out what the customers need is and go from there.

I have a Master of Business degree and more than 20 years experience in supply chain management I learned while in the Navy.
