- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation call - Free Can be done over the phone, FaceTime or Telegram. Usually takes between 15 to 50 minutes but actually there is no specific limit, it lasts until we discuss everything related to your project. It's optional and I offer it in case if it's just more convenient for you. Booking 50% retainer is required to book your photoshoot. Non-refundable if you cancel your booking. Zelle, Venmo or PayPal works best. It is possible to change the date in 5 or more days prior to photoshoot, once per booking. Full photoshoot - value $350 One or more people (couple, friends, family etc.) Possible location and outfit change All good pictures (over 100) Up to 1.5 hours Ready in 10 days Great fit for most of my customers: maternity, surprise proposal, couple photoshoot, family reunion, family with kids. Not so much for influencers or businesses looking for social media content, for that check down to commercial packages. Full day photoshoot - value $230 /hour 3 hours minimum Great fit for: family adventure like hiking or going to a theme park. couple's story like a day in your life. birthday party. events like master class, retreat Full photoshoot + mini movie value $650 Candid way to capture your best moments in motion. Up to 3 hours This package doesn't work for events like surprise engagement, wedding, party or something, because sometimes I will ask you to do something twice, to capture it both on video and photo. But it works great for a couple photoshoot, small family or group of friends and for personal photoshoot. "Mini movie" value $350 1-2 mins video Up to 1 hour of filming time This video will be recorded using gimbal (stabilizer) at all times. A video clip with your best emotional moments, hugs and laughs. Tells your story, captures your feelings for wonderful memories. Ready in 10 days for WEDDING AND EVENTS: $230/hour 3 hours minimum Only one type of service (video or photo) can be requested per event as I am not able to film and take pictures of the event that only happens once (for example, newlyweds' first kiss as a married couple). So if you want me as your photographer, someone else should be there for videos. Full retouch value $1-15/each Usually you do not even need this service, that is why I offer it separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the type of the shoot (individual, couple, family etc) and a date. After confirming my availability at the specific date I will ask you to fill a short questionnaire (Google Form) for your best photoshoot experience. It is to have your preferences and requests noted in one place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took photography class as a part of my graphic design education in 2017. In 2019 I took a few online classes that gave me basic understanding of composition, light, camera settings etc. Later the same year I took part in a Master Class by one of my favorite Ukrainian photographers that helped me to work with couples and families. It was very helpful in communication matters and it still shows. Experienced photographers understand that communication during the photoshoot matters the most!
