It was necessary to replace our entire roof. Being new to Jacksonville we did not have any references or people to ask for recommendations. We did a LOT of reading and made MANY inquiries into roofing contractors in the Jacksonville area. We found Tier 1 Roofing through the Thumbtack service. Tier 1 was one of several comparable contractors we interviewed. The factor that stood out and closed the deal directing our decision to Tier 1 was the Project Manager, Chris McCorkle. Chris was exceptional is his knowledge and attentiveness to us as customers. There are many companies to choose from - when making a decision be sure to interview the prospective project manager. They last thing you want to deal with is an inaccessible, distant person or voice mail phone tag throughout the process. This was not the case with Chris. He was always available, respectful and went above the call of duty to make sure our project went well. The crew was quick, clean and accommodating. Chris patiently answered all our questions and quickly address any concern. Another key factor is Chris' readiness to take the bull by the horns in making sure we were completely satisfied with every step of the process. Tier 1 not only provided a stellar project manager in Chris, they offered several perks that none of the other vendors would even consider AND their pricing was competitive and reasonable. Our roof is gorgeous and we have no regrets in our decision to go with Tier 1. The owner Brent provides a very informative video on their website and a lot of good information about the roofing business. He also was kind and patient. He was accessible and willing to answer our questions as well, however, it truly due to Chris' professionalism and customer service that we chose Tier 1. We cannot say enough great things about this experience and will gladly talk to any prospective customers. We have other home improvements planned and have already decided we are checking with Chris McCorkle to see if the projects are within his scope or if he can recommend a company with his level of excellence and integrity. We are thankful for him.

Almost perfect experience with this company. Ownership and sales team were professional and detail oriented. Installers were good and well mannered. Only issue was the clean up afterwards. We are still picking up felt paper and nails. I may be getting too picky because we may have to expect some of this. Here's the bottom line. Everyone was professional. We have a fantastic looking roof. We had multiple companies compete for our business and Tier 1 was the most professional in their presentation skills and we were given a very fair price and they did not try to add one penny to the price once the work began. On a scale of 1-100 I would give the overall experience a 91-92. It went much better than what I expected and that's all you can ever ask.

Had my roof replaced and everything went well. I'm very satisfied with the job and how Chris went out of his ways to accommodate our needs and also price competition. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. I will definitely refer this contractor to anyone who needs roofing matters.
