- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of service and attention to detail we provide. We charge what is needed to run a healthy business, not just whatever we think we can get. Our goal is to earn repeat customers by offering fair, honest pricing and doing the job right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by understanding what is most important to you. That could be fixing hot or cold spots, lowering your electric bill, getting the lowest upfront cost, or having a fast installation. Once we understand your priorities, we present repair or installation options that fit your needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are EPA and NATE certified. Every employee also passes a drug test and a criminal background check. We make sure the people we send to your home are professional, trustworthy, and capable of diagnosing problems quickly and correctly.
