Terrible Communication--ignores phone calls and texts. This contractor did not have a license to do the work requested and the Redington Shores building inspector kicked them off the Job. The owner told me they would get licensed with the Pinellas County Licensing Board to complete my job but after a week of no returned calls on a new start date the owner (Karen) texted me to say that getting a license was time consuming and that she would mail me $1325 deposit I paid and check was going in the mail that day--it has been 25 days since that text and check never received. Ignored emails and calls ever since. I will be filing criminal charges against the owner as Florida Statue 489.127 does not allow for unlicensed contracting stating they must return all of payments/deposit. I will also file a small claims lawsuit. This is another so called contractor who makes false promises and steals your deposit. They give good contractors a bad name.
