Introduction

We pay attention to details, not just in the finished product, but the way the project works from start to finish. We protect the clients personal property by using floor protection and dividing walls. We communicate with the client to ensure they are getting the product they are paying for. We like the variety in this line of work, the beautiful results of true craftsmanship and the ability to put real smiles on the faces of our clients. This company started out in Maryland as Phoenix Design & Build Group LLC, and although that company was shut down as a result of our relocation to Florida, our home state, we've picked right up where we left off and are now Aldrich & Sons Custom Home Remodelers LLC! We are ready as ever to work with you to make your home dreams come to life!

Greg did a fantastic job installing our bathtub doors in our guest bathroom and in our son's bathroom. Excellent work ethic and did a superb job cleaning up when he finished. I would definitely hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a standard hourly mechanic and helper labor rate. We DO NOT upcharge on materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, an estimate is up front and free. We will provide any available reference needed to assure the potential client we are the company of choice. We usually rely on a good first impression to lay the ground work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA lead abatement certification and current Home Improvement Law. Some formal education in communications skills.
