I cant comment on the work that they do because they have never actually shown up to a job they were assigned. There have been three different days they have confirmed that would come and have failed to show up each time. They do not communicate that they are running behind to cant come, instead, I have to reach out to them to get the update that they are not coming out. Very poor communication and scheduling team. I understand that jobs can run late but find it unacceptable to not communicate that willingly or simply not show up.Update based on response: My property management company had approved these work orders and assigned the company. The company gives us a time frame and then doesnt show up and doesnt communicate. My property management company is aware of my concerns with this company.
